We know your business depends on our services so we won't disable your account. But we do ask that you upgrade your plan as soon as possible.
I don't think my triggers are working. What can I do?
Feel free to contact us (support@ordertrigger.com) and we can look into your orders and trigger settings. Most of the time it's due to how Shopify records your Order data.
